Taking up space

Taking Up Space is a women-led community built on connection, confidence, and support. It’s about showing up together, lifting each other up, and creating space to grow, on and off the mountain. Rooted in community over competition, we ride together, build confidence, take risks, and remind every woman that she belongs here.

RWK hosts a non-Profit skate jam to provide a safe environment for girls+ to try new skills, meet new people and have a great time. We encourage you to come check it out and be a part of the crew!

The weekly Friday Ladies Skate Jam is held throughout the summer months. It starts at 10 am and goes until 12 pm. We offer snacks, beverages, music, prizes, a few coaching tips and guaranteed smiles. Equipment is also provided if needed, but we encourage you to bring your own.
